Just a quick blog update before I head to church service! =)
I could have served in the choir for the 3.30 PM JW service today, but I've lost almost all motivation and enthusiasm to commit any further... During Zoe Conference this past Thursday, he made us write "God made me ___. When I ___, I feel His pleasure".
Of cos' I put 'sing' within these 2 blanks, but somehow I don't feel the joy, nor do I feel his pleasure when I serve in the choir. After hearing Pastor Tan's sermon for Fri's BS tho', I've decided to give it another try, no matter how reluctant I might be...
Anyway, after BS yesterday, I went for supper at JP with Royston, Janet and a new acquaintance, Jacob, cos' Janet gave me a pitiful look and I couldn't bear to disappoint her *lol*! Kinda surprised that Jacob's 2 other friends joined us, so the atmosphere was a tad bit awkward at first but everything turned out fine in the end!
Janet was all flustered last night cos' her rubber band for her braces broke unexpectedly, and her food was the last to arrive (bearing in mind, as a girl, she would be slower than the guys in eating! =S). Or is it... Cos' there's a handsome guy right opposite her? =P
Jacob is the tanned guy in the foreground. The person in question is right behind him, whose name just slipped my mind. =S Janet commented that he looks like...

I didn't know I have a thing for girls with a wild streak to them *lol*! Or maybe it's cos' I respect anyone who resists conformity. In a rigid Japanese society where girls are expected to study hard, work a few years, marry during their mid-20s, and stay as a housewife forever, girls aspiring to become musicians would surely be frowned upon.
I know... I'm hard to please... =S Now u guys know why I've not have had a girlfriend ever in my life? Heh. =) I just find it rather childish to engage in the BGR game just for 'experience' or fleeting infatuation. When I find a girlfriend, I must be sure we'll last for a lifetime. =)
Alright... Time to prepare for service! And oh yeah, please tag my blog if u're reading. I feel kinda demoralized cos' my tagboard is rather dead. =( Thanks and ciao!~
